Tailored specifically for teenagers, this course aims to help improve concentration, focus and emotional regulation. As a teen-friendly adaptation of 'The Oxygen Advantage' method, we teach breathing techniques that can help manage anxiety, stress, ADHD symptoms and sleep quality. We talk about elite athletes such as Erling Haaland, Rory Mcilroy, LeBron James, and musicians such as Chris Martin from Coldplay, all of whom use nasal breathing to improve performance and get that 'edge'.
