My Approach
As a busy parent and business owner, I understand what it is like to feel over-stimulated at times. ​

Using scientifically proven techniques based on the Buteyko breathing method, participants receive a personalised and supportive experience aimed at deepening their understanding of the nervous system and improving self-regulation.

The sessions typically explore key concepts such as the autonomic nervous system, the fight-or-flight response and practical tools for cultivating calm and balance.​​

I primarily teach The Oxygen Advantage method, a technique developed by Patrick McKeown. The method is all about making your breathing more efficient by promoting light, slow, and deep breaths through your nose instead of your mouth.​​​​

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is all about intentionally changing or paying attention to the way you breathe to help you feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. It’s a simple mindfulness practice where you focus on your breath and use it to relax, ease stress, or sharpen your focus. There are lots of different styles of breathwork, each with its own methods and benefits.
